Construction is the process of creating and building infrastructure or a facility. It differs from manufacturing in that manufacturing typically involves mass production of similar items without a designated purchaser and construction is typically done on location for a known client. Construction as an industry is six to nine percent of the gross domestic product of developed countries. Construction starts with planning, design, and financing and continues until the project is built and ready for use. Presently, a firm that is nominally an “architecture” or “construction management” firm may have experts from all related fields as employees, orto have an associated companythat provides each necessary skill.

Ratnesh Pathak was born on 25 March, 1969 in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. He passed his High school and Intermediate examination from M.P Board. He did B.tech in architecture from Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi. He did post-graduate diploma in autocad Engineering. Recently, he is working as a senior faculty for teaching students of architecture in a reputed engineering college. He is also involved in arranging workshops, seminars and delivering lecutres as a guest faculty on the subject of modern building architecture. He has been awarded with many national level certificates of appreciation for his contribution to the teaching and his professionalism.
